At the doctor's office

I've been fighting with Blogger trying to get text and a video on this same posting and I promise I will win. Don't know why things have to be so complicated at times.

Beth got up this morning complaining of being dizzy and said it happens to her at work as well. Dr. Langley gave her an immediate diagnosis. I told her that she may be having reactions from not taking good care of herself. Namely eating some scrambled eggs when she gets up and then not eating again until she gets home in the evening. Just not eating enough or getting the proper nutrients in her diet. They took blood and will be testing it but told her to eat something every 2 to 3 hours and take multivitamins. I love it when a plan comes together.

  1. I certainly hear you when it comes to fighting with Blogger. Last time I posted it took an hour to upload one photo and now it won't let me see your video.:(

I do hope that Beth feels better. My husband passed out one day last week when he skipped lunch. He came home and we were getting ready to have dinner and he just got pale and went out for a second and then was fine. He has a doc appt. next week but I think it's because he worked in the heat that day without eating and didn't drink enough gatorade. Scary stuff, though. He's only 33 years old and I keep telling him he needs to take better care of himself.

I made the asian chicken recipe you posted for dinner last night. It was yummy! We had it with jasmine rice. :)

  3. Hoping Beth is doing better, I'm sure a little food throughout the day will help. I find that B vitamins work great for energy!

Beautiful scenery there Odie--it sure looks warm!

It's supposed to be 69 here in MN and it feels great!

I can't upload my videos anymore straight from blogger, I have to upload them through Youtube, I don't like that. (and yes, it takes a while!)

  4. Good diagnosis Dr Langley! Hee Hee! Seriously, do hope that Beth will be feeling better soon. Interesting vlog, and I was surprised to learn that there are several medical centres there, leading up to the hospital. We don't have facilities like that over here my friend.

  5. I hope Beth's feeling better and will heed the advice to have several small meals a day. It's hard for most people to find time for that but the experts have been recommending it for years. I'm glad you're going out of your way to get Rocky the proper care. I hope Soffie doesn't get jealous of his new g.f. Emma! (LOL) Thanks, Odie!
