There has been a change in address for miss Soffie. Linda's mom wanted to share her and has now gotten attached to her especially at night sleeping with her. I know she was lonesome being by herself every day so Soffie is helping her to feel better. We still see her often & play with her when she goes out to relieve herself and run. Rocky still tolerates her but prefers the peace being the only dog in our home. Both are happy & that is what counts.
Have a blessed weekend eceryone.
I hope you didn't lift that turkey with your hand!!! Glad you are doing good, I saw your post last night, prayed for you, but didn't have time to leave a comment, so sorry.
ReplyDeleteYou've been in my thoughts and prayers though!!
God bless you Odie, rest up this weekend!!
That's so sweet of you to share Soffie!!
So Rocky's top dog again, huh? As you say if both animals are happy and well taken care of that's all that matters. I hope your wrist continues to mend properly and that you have restful weekend, good buddy!
ReplyDeleteGlad you doing good and hope the hand heals well XX
ReplyDeleteGood to hear you are mending. Soffie has found not only a home, but a place inhearts, too, and that makes it all worthwhile.
ReplyDeleteHope you DO take it slow...sometimes when we are feeling better we tend to rush. Take care and go slow!
ReplyDeletePrayers and hugs~
Hi Odie. I agree with Sush, please take care and look after that hand, because sometimes when we do feel better, we can overdo things. Glad to hear that the meds are taking care of the pain for you. I can imagine that Rocky is happy being top dog again! Bless. It will be lovely for Linda's mum to have Soffie for company, and she is still in a loving home. That is the main thing. Good to hear from you today my friend.
ReplyDeleteEach day you should be a little better. Take the pain meds, they actually help healing if you are comfortable.
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely that the little dog has found a place of her own
Well, Soffie has ensured she's elevated from lowly Second Dog to Very Special Companion and gets to sleep on the bed each night, too! Now that's what I call very clever planning :) How wonderful to know your MIL has Soffie adding joy to her life! It seems like a jolly good arrangement for all concerned, Odie. I do hope your wrist gets strong, soon, but do be very careful while it's healing as you don't want to have a relapse. BTW were you intending to tuck into that huge cooked birdie all on your own?
ReplyDeleteHave a most wonderful time gearing up for Christmas, dear Odie
ReplyDeleteWhen are you going to tie into that turkey? If you need any help just let me know.
ReplyDeleteI feel very happy for Soffie and Linda's mom. That is a fairy tale ending for the little pooch. I'm glad you are mending. That turkey looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better each day and glad all the pets are happy too! Hugs.
