Blogger Needs Help

Hello all my blogging friends. It was a long day meeting with Linda's doctor and then going to the hospital and having tests done and meeting with various departments telling us what would be happening next tuesday so we would be prepared. We have to be at the hospital at 9 AM on the 31st and I was amazed to learn that the operation to replace her right knee will only take 30 minutes and the doctor will be doing "10" that day.

Now to my title for today. Just to let you all know Mynx, Anne at Building His Body and others that I read your blogs this morning and some I was able to leave a comment but when I got to some it didn't have my name near the comment box and wanted me to select a profile which told me that any attempt to leave a message would fail. If I have been leaving you a comment, know that I wanted to but could not and will keep reading your blogs and as I can you will know I am here for you.

This surely is frustrating but hopefully they will get it straight before long. Keep the good stuff posted my friends & I promise to keep reading and comment when I can.

    I had problems similar to that several days ago, but it seems to have resolved.

    I haven't had a bit of trouble since The Great American Blog-out a couple of weeks ago. It's frustrating and I hope that Blogger's on it for those who are still having problems. Best wishes to Linda for a successful operation and speedy recovery!

    I've been lucky this time around (knocks on wood). Isn't it amazing how quick a knee replacement is and how much they cost. No wonder orthopedic surgeons are ranked at the top for Drs. that make big bucks. One day of work for them could pay my rent and food for a year! Hope all goes well for Linda. My day will come sooner than I anticipate. The knees are shot.

    hope that the surgery goes well for linda...sounds like an exhausting day of tests...
    I had that problem the other day....if you choose name and url from the drop box under comment as you can put your name and blog address in....we won't get to see you picture but at least your name will show up...

    Hi there Odie. Thankfully, my glitches seem to have disappeared and I can comment again. It really is so frustrating and disappointing when you can't comment on your friends' blogs. On my sign-in page to Blogger, there is a box saying "stay signed in" and my box was always ticked. Last evening I unticked that box and ever since then, I have been able to comment as myself.Really strange. Anyway, back to the important thing. It will be good for Linda to have her knee operated on, and I pray that all goes well for her and for a quick recovery. Have a lovely weekend my friend.

    I've been having all kinds of problems with blogger too. I'm happy I moved Katherines Corner to wordpress. But I think people assume they can't leave a comment on "all " blogs so my visitors are few.

    I hope everything goes well on Tuesday. (Why do doctors feel the need to tell patients that they are one of ten surgeries that day? Sheesh, it makes it sound like patients are being run through a conveyor belt!)

    My mom had her knee replaced too. I'm sure all will go well with Linda. I will pray for her.

    A lady who commented on my blog today told me to use Google Chrome as the web browser for Blogger and then you can comment. I just did that and I think I can now comment on your blog. I'll know in a minute!
    Google Chrome can be downloaded free from Google. My husband already had it on the computer, I just wasn't using it as the browser for the internet, we usde Explorer.

    You know, without my husband I couldn't have done this, and so I'm not sure you can either, although Shady could probably help you. I'm sure Blogger will fix things soon.
