I really didn't realize until just now that they spelled my name wrong.
My Uncle Lester that lives on the same property as Aunt Katie
My Uncle Joe, retired as a Command Sgt. Major & has passed on.
My Aunt Doris's husband who passed away years ago.
My boss who just retired after 40 years and as a Command Sgt Major.
One of my technicians that I have worked with since 1981
My cousin Myrt Perry's Husband, they are both retired now.
How the names are laid out neatly.
Impressive!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Memorial. You should be very proud.
ReplyDeleteThe power of positive action: Jack Laughery believed in it and so do I. It's a very clean and impressive memorial, Odie.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing this, Odie. It is a wonderful memorial. I appreciate the men and women who serve in the military.
ReplyDeleteWonderful glimpse of history. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful memorial
ReplyDeleteI went with my husband to find the memorial brick for his grandfather who was one of the designers of the SR-71 Blackbird. He takes great pride in this piece of family history.
ReplyDeleteAwesome post, Odie. Thanks for sharing. I'm so grateful to those who have served and defended our country.
ReplyDeleteHey Odie!
ReplyDeleteI loved your post...I hope you get them to correct the spelling on your brick! Are you by any chance related to any of the Perry family that lives in Raleigh? Just wondering....
Hope you don't get too much snow this weekend!
Hugs~
