Devastating, Odie! These mine disasters seem to be happening with greater frequency. Imagine the mixed feelings running through the rescued Chilean miners and their families at a time like this.

ReplyDeleteWe sat and waited for a happy ending. I think we all expected a Chile ending. But sometimes happy endings don't happen. Thanks for this tribute.

This was just horrendous. I'm so sad for all of the families. I know it's part of the job (the risk) but you just don't ever prepare for it.
