A-Z Challenge Recipes "D"

Dip- "Crack" Ingredients: 1 Pkg hot sausage (must be hot) 2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese 1 Can of Rotel with green chilies Brown sausage in a skillet and drain. Add the 2 blocks of cream cheese and the Rotel in the skillet. Stir on medium heat until blended & serve.....YUMMY!!! Once you taste this dip you will understand the name. It is sooooo good you can't stop eating it. Dip-Bacon Delight Ingredients: 1 Lb. Hickory smoked bacon 1 Lb. Hawaiian bread, round 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies drained 6 Green onions chopped 1 16 oz. sour cream Cook bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside. Cut top off bread to form a cover. Remove the inside of bread leaving about a 1/2 inch shell. Cut removed bread into 1 inch pieces for dipping. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chilies and onions. Stir in bacon & spoon mixture into bread and replace the top. Wrap in foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.


  1. I'm afraid that's a little too rich for me, Odie. I eat very little meat and cheese and would be 100% vegetarian if my doctor would allow it. It certainly looks yummy, though!
