Thankful Thursday

Short & sweet today. I am thankful that I received the motivation to start my healthier lifestyle, which I have already started, but will go into full action this monday. Before too long I hope to feel more energetic and pounds lighter.

  8. Good for you! I know you will succeed because when you put your mind to something, you stick to it! I am jumping on the bandwagon too to lose weight. Not sure if I am joining your group but definitely making the change to be healthier and lose some pounds. Good luck!

  9. I am trying too (although I did make cinnamon rolls today, but I just tasted them, I did not eat a whole one...:-) I did run 2 miles though. My new years resolution this year is to run three 5K's, I did 2 last year. My first one is in March so I am slowly getting started.
We can all encourage each other.

  11. I changed my lifestyle to a healthier one a few years ago, and it's now at the point where I can't believe that I used to be as UNhealthy as I was. You'll get to that point too, and it's a smashing feeling. :) Best of luck!
